These terms apply to Artyplanet Weekly Specials (« the Service »), published by Artyplanet, Strasbourg, France (« Artyplanet », « we »). By using the Service you accept them.

The Service

The Service prepares weekly specials content (images, videos, captions) for a business and lets the business publish it on its social media accounts, including TikTok, after reviewing and approving each post.

Your account and your content

• You may connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• You choose and approve every post: its title, its privacy level and the comment, duet and stitch options. Nothing is published to TikTok without your explicit confirmation.
• You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to the images, videos and music it contains.

TikTok rules

Posts made through the Service remain subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Music Usage Confirmation. By posting you agree to them. We do not add watermarks or promotional content to your posts.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. TikTok may change or limit its API at any time.

Disconnecting

You may disconnect TikTok at any time. We may suspend access if the Service is used in breach of these terms or of TikTok’s rules.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Artyplanet is not liable for indirect losses, nor for content published with your approval.
