Artyplanet Weekly Specials (« the Service ») is a tool published by Artyplanet, a digital agency based in Strasbourg, France (« Artyplanet », « we »). It helps a restaurant or bakery prepare its weekly specials content and publish it, after review and approval, on its own social media accounts, including TikTok.
Who is responsible for your data
Artyplanet is the publisher of the Service. The business that uses the Service (for example, a bakery) decides which of its own accounts are connected. Contact: [email protected]
What we process
When a business connects its TikTok account, we receive, through TikTok’s official Login Kit:
- the account’s public identifier (open ID), display name and avatar;
- an access token that lets the Service publish to that account, only with the permissions the account holder approves (video publishing).
We also process the content the business prepares in the Service: videos, titles and captions, and the privacy and interaction settings chosen for each post.
We do not collect the TikTok password, private messages, followers’ data or any data about other TikTok users.
Why we process it
Only to publish the content the account holder has approved, on the account the account holder has connected, and to show the status of that publication.
Storage and sharing
Access tokens and content are stored on the business’s own website and on Artyplanet’s servers in France and the European Union. We do not sell or share this data with third parties, except TikTok itself when a post is published.
Retention and your control
- The account holder can disconnect TikTok at any time from the Service or from TikTok (Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions). The access token is then deleted.
- On request, we delete the content and data linked to the account within 30 days.
